We accept reservation for wedding good for 100-120 persons. The rooms are equipped with fully airconditioned unit best for indoor events.

​Some company needs ample space for there events and seminar. We at Marquinton residences provides greater space for any company gatherings and events that suits to their needs likes christmas parties, executive meetings, & others.
Parties & Celebrations
Parties like birthday's, debut, baptism or Christmas party, etc needs greater capacity and time to spend for a certain event. Our clubhouse with capacity of 100-120 pax and function rooms good for 80-90 pax can accommodate anyone who wish to spend longer time maximum of 8 hours which includes ingress and egress.
